Our founder, Marshal Hoda, is licensed to practice in Texas. We’re a fully distributed firm and don’t maintain a physical office. When he’s not traveling around the country litigating his cases, Marshal splits his time between his home in New Orleans and his farm in south Mississippi.
Marshal works with a team of investigators, litigators, and technologists on a contract basis. This allows him to keep The Hoda Law Firm’s overhead low and pass the savings on to his clients.
-
Marshal Hoda is licensed to practice in the State of Texas. He advises clients nation- and worldwide on principles of federal law and generally applicable legal rules.
Marshal represents clients in various jurisdictions across the country in coordination with appropriately licensed co-counsel. If you’re located in a state other than Texas, don’t be afraid to reach out. We probably have a co-counsel relationship in your jurisdiction.
