About Marshal

  • Marshal's road to the courtroom started in south Mississippi, where he was born and raised. Marshal is a "first-generation professional" — and, in fact, is the first member of his family to receive a bachelor's degree.

    Marshal graduated at the top of his class from Berkeley Law and practiced at an elite trial-litigation boutique before founding The Hoda Law Firm in 2021.

  • Marshal’s mission is to put his unique set of legal and technological skills to use to fight for those who have been wronged on the internet.

    That’s why The Hoda Law Firm dedicates 100 percent of its practice to representing victims of cybercrime, fraud, and deceptive practices in litigation against wrongdoers and their enablers.
